If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
To be eligible for a return or refund:

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons once opened or used.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
